Our Terms of Service is a legal agreement between our Site (“Us”) and our customers, also referred to as “You”, and “Your”. We ask that You read through this document and agree to abide by the terms and conditions, including (a) all other operating rules; (b) policies and procedures outlined on this Site, in these Terms of Service.
In order to use our products and services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Terms of Service. These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when using products and services of Motor Babies, LLC, and all its subsidiaries, including (a) www.motorbabies.com; (b) related mobile applications and; (c) social media platforms. Your acceptance of the Terms of Service is indicated by Your continued use of the Site. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images you will receive in our Baby Boost Bundles, on our Site, or other social media platforms. We cannot guarantee that your device will display accurate colors, nor can we guarantee that a product substitution may not occur. We reserve the right to substitute a product if needed at any time, under any circumstance, without further notice to you. All substitutions will represent similar product value at the time of purchase.
We will do our best to correct any errors in product or services obtained by you but do not warrant that all items will meet your expectations.
CONTENT AND SERVICES
You acknowledge that: (1) we permit access to content and Intellectual Property Rights that is so exclusively owned by Us. All commercial exploitation of our (a) services, including information you will receive; (b) Site (c) social media platforms, are strictly prohibited. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: copying, distributing, or disclosing content in any medium. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of the Website, Applications or Content or any derivative work without the prior written consent of the Intellectual Property Rights holder (Motor Babies LLC).

Motor Babies, LLC products and/or services are for educational purposes only and should not take the place of medical advice. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole discretion and risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are provided and available for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Motor Babies LLC, our managing partners, advisory board members, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation injuries, loss of life, loss of data, loss of job, loss of savings, or any similar damages, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service, product or any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The laws of certain locations, including Canada, do not exclude or limit any legal warranties, conditions, and representations stated.
INDEMINIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Motor Babies LLC, and our affiliates, partners, advisory board members, officers, directors, shareholders, owners, members, and any other affiliated companies, entities or persons, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, loss of wages, made by any third-party due to or resulting as your breach of these Terms of Service or any activity related to the use of this Site or social media platforms.
RETURN OR EXCHANGES
We will always do our best to ensure our products are received to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the product purchased, you may request an exchange of such product or a refund of the item(s) paid less shipping (up to a $20 maximum) and restocking fees, at any time within the first seven (7) upon receipt of the products. All products must be in there original packaging and unopened. We will work quickly to resolve the problem! Contact support@motorbabies, include the term RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line and we will send you a return shipping label.
